Process Technician

The flagship operations are designed to support both global outreach and local excellence. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Elgin, IL, for a Process Technician. The Process Technician will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing production processes, troubleshooting manufacturing challenges, performing quality control checks, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operations. Additionally, this role includes providing training to team members and supporting continuous process improvements across the plant. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving production and equipment issuesExperience with Quality Control practices and adherence to production standardsStrong knowledge of Process Engineering principles to optimize manufacturing techniquesAbility to perform Preventive Maintenance to ensure machinery reliabilityCapability in Training team members on processes and protocolsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to safetyHigh school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical certifications or education preferredPrevious experience in plastics manufacturing or a related industry is a plusExcellent problem-solving and communication skills
