The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right Lincoln vehicle that meets their needs, delivering an outstanding customer service experience throughout the sales process. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales goals, and staying informed about the latest product features, services, and promotions.QualificationsProven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to assist customers with their vehicle needs and preferences.Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.Strong Communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional interactions with clients and team members.Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and meet or exceed sales targets.Familiarity with automotive sales processes or Lincoln vehicles is a plus.High energy level and willingness to work on-site in a dynamic environment.
