Job Title: AutoCAD Drafter Location: Pittsburgh, PAPosition OverviewSeeking an experienced AutoCAD Drafter to support land survey and engineering projects under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor or Professional Engineer. This role involves drafting and preparing survey documents for residential, commercial, and land development projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and draft land survey and engineering drawings using AutoCADSupport boundary surveys, engineering surveys, and land development projectsDraft residential boundary surveys, commercial site plans, subdivision retracements, construction layouts, and as-built drawingsInterpret engineering plans, subdivision plans, deed descriptions, and survey dataCollaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate project deliverablesMaintain drafting standards, project documentation, and drawing accuracyQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate degree or higher in CAD Drafting or related field preferredMinimum 2+ years of AutoCAD drafting experienceLand survey drafting experience preferredWorking knowledge of Civil 3D preferredAbility to read and interpret engineering and subdivision plansSIT or EIT certification is a plusStrong communication, teamwork, and organizational skillsValid driver’s license requiredMust pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
