We're seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Auburn, ME.Key Responsibilities:Windows Support: Provide expert technical support for Windows operating systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving user queries.Email Migration: Assist with the smooth transition of email data to new systems.Computer Lab Management: Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of computer labs across multiple campuses.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktop and laptop computers.Technical Support: Offer guidance and assistance to students and faculty in utilizing computer lab equipment and resources.Required Qualifications:Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.Experience with email migration processes.Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Familiarity with computer hardware and software.About the Role:This is a temporary contract position to support the increased workload during the Fall Semester. The role will be fully remote, requiring a Windows 10 or 11 computer and a smartphone.
