Adecco is recruiting for multiple Production Associatepositions with a specialty manufacturing facility in Aurora, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity paying $17.50/hour to start, working day shiftThese are entry-level roles supporting hands-on production and finishing processes. Placement will be based on skills, interest, and business needs. No prior experience is required — training is provided.Responsibilities include:Assist in hands-on production and finishing processesPour, trim, finish, or handle products at various stages of productionUse basic hand tools to prepare or refine finished piecesMove materials and finished products between workstationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work areaFollow safety and quality guidelinesWhat you bring:No prior experience required (manufacturing or production experience is a plus)Good attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and proceduresDependable attendance and willingness to learnPhysical Requirements:Standing, sitting, and repetitive hand motions throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 25 lbs occasionallyThis is a great opportunity for individuals interested in learning a specialized manufacturing process in a stable, day-shift environment.Pay Details: $17.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
