Production Supervisor

Job DescriptionIMMI is seeking an experienced and energetic Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our 1st Shift production team members and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.LOCATION: Onsite- Westfield, INRESPONSIBLITIES: Trains and manages production employees on assigned shifts.Oversees daily workflow and assignments to hit target goals.Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations. Maintains working knowledge of equipment and processes and notifies maintenance of equipment issues.Ensures employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.Assists with flexing across product lines to maximize efficiency.
