We are seeking a reliable contractor/landscaping company capable of handling ongoing maintenance and on-call services across multiple North Texas counties. General Contractor Requirements Ability to perform: Electrical Plumbing HVAC Available for code compliance issues, including: Trimming low-hanging branches Removal of trash and debris from lots Responsive and dependable for time-sensitive issues Landscaping & Mowing Services Regular mowing services across the following counties: Denton Dallas Collin Tarrant Johnson Hunt Wise Parker Grayson Must have multiple crews capable of: Handling a high volume of mowings simultaneously Working on a rotating schedule when needed Ability to provide volume-based discounts due to the number of recurring mowings Large Lot Cleanups Capability to handle large-scale cleanups, including: Removal of illegally dumped materials Breaking down old or abandoned mobile homes Hauling and disposal of debris and structures Additional Notes Long-term partnership preferred Must be licensed and insured Competitive pricing required Pay: $4,500.00 - $200,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
