Advertising, Public Relations, and Related ServicesGrocery and Convenience RetailersPromoters of Performing Arts, Sports, and Similar EventsDepartment StoresWarehouse Clubs, Supercenters, and Other General Merchandise RetailersSUMMARYCoordinate print & in-store promotion communications between Fresh & Center Store Merchandising, Advertising, Marketing, and Operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure that ad & promotion communications are built, coordinated & executed accurately in a timely manner within the corresponding promotional systems. This is including, but not limited to the weekly ad circular, grand opening or special ad pieces, & in-store long term or short-term temporary price reductions.Supply Advertising with all information for in-store & printed advertised item & price. Ensure that all information for these items is supplied accurately and in a timely manner.Review all items, prices and photography proofs for accuracy; ensure that advertising vehicles align with merchandising & ad template submissions as well as updating information in applicable systems upon discrepancies.Maintain promotional ad standards, including but not limited to item description, placement, & imagery.Monitoring & updating ad or promotional discrepancies throughout the ad cycle as needed.Ensure Print Shop is provided with necessary reports to produce weekly sign package. Monitor signage for unadvertised items and seasonal programs.Coordinate and communicate all zone pricing.Facilitate training of promotional planning tool as needed. Work with IT to make certain tool is meeting the needs of the businessPerform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSSatisfactory performance reviews.Strong communication skills.Computer knowledge, including proficiency within Microsoft Office.Ability to multi-task and manage timelines.Strong analytical and planning skills.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh school graduate or equivalent.
