Trial Technician Lead
Summary: Leads Trial Group Technicians in the Processing of Trial Events, Issuing of PO’s, Part Requests and Helps to Provide Supporting Documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Issuance of PO's for Trial Lots to Overseas Plants and Communicating with TEC plants on the shipping status of the Trial Lot PO's.
Assists in the start - up of new model products prior to testing/inspection in-house.
Leading Turn Over to MP Meetings
Responsible for the accuracy of shipping documentation for trial lot orders.
Oversee, Schedule, Evaluate and Assists in the training of Trail Technician associates.
Packaging - Submit New and Revised Packaging Sketches to Suppliers and Customers.

Education and/or Experience: 2 Year Associate’s Degree Preferred - (Technical / Business)
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, commissions, and proportions to practical situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Department specific database software; Internet software, Power Point software, Excel Spreadsheet software, and MS Word Processing software
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A valid driver’s license to drive a company vehicle.
