Occupational Therapist

Work Shift:Day - 8 Hour (United States of America)I. Position Summary:Responsible for treating assigned patients including obtaining accurate prescription,reviewing charts adequately, evaluating patient and documenting according to policy.II. Qualifications:A. Education & Training:Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.B. Experience:One (1) year as a licensed Occupational Therapist.C. Required Certification/Registration/Licensure:Current OT licensure by the Georgia State Board of Occupational Therapy.Current AHA/ARC BLS certification. Must obtain and maintain required orthoeducation/training as mandated in the Houston Healthcare Joint DestinationCenter of Excellence Policy. Must complete and maintain required strokeeducation/training as mandated in the "HHC Primary Stroke Center / AcuteStroke Ready Designation" policy.D.
