Aircraft Assembler Sheet Metal / Structures Relocation Stuart FlWe are seeking experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal / Structures Mechanics to support aircraft production and structural assembly work in Stuart, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled aviation professionals with strong heavy structures experience who are looking to join a high-quality aerospace manufacturing environment.In this role, you will:Install, modify, fabricate, assemble, and rework aircraft sheet metal and composite structural components.Perform structural assembly work including riveting, drilling, fitting, and fastening on aircraft components such as flaps, ailerons, fuselage sections, and aerostructures.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, sketches, work instructions, and production specifications.Use fabrication hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and standard shop math to ensure accuracy and quality.Perform inspections and maintain accurate documentation according to production and quality standards.Work independently with minimal supervision while following written, electronic, and verbal instructions.Qualifications5+ years of heavy aviation structures / aircraft sheet metal mechanic experienceHands-on experience in aircraft structural assembly, preferably on Boeing, Gulfstream, or similar aerospace platformsStrong experience with riveting, drilling, blueprint reading, fitting, fabrication, and aircraft structural assemblyAbility to successfully complete required skills assessments, including verbal, virtual, hands-on assessments, and a plate testAbility to read and understand blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructionsExperience using fabrication hand tools and precision measuring equipmentAbility to read, write, and speak English fluentlyAvailability to work 1st and/or 2nd shift after training, as business needs requireAvailability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as neededAbility to wear a respirator and other required safety equipmentHigh School Diploma or GEDPhysical RequirementsCandidates must be able to:Regularly lift and move up to 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.Stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and work in various physical positionsUse hands frequently and maintain steady hand-eye coordinationCommunicate clearly and follow verbal and written instructionsAircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic, Aircraft Structures Mechanic, Aircraft Structures Technician, Airframe Structures, Aircraft Assembler, Riveting, Drilling, Blueprint Reading, Boeing, Gulfstream, Aerostructures, Flaps, Ailerons, Fuselage, Heavy Structures Assembly, Aviation Manufacturing.Here's a heads-up of the upcoming steps:Phone Interview with RecruiterInterview with HMPlate TestOnboardingStart Date
