Registered Nurse (RN) - Night ShiftWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in delivering safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centered care. This role is responsible for managing the care of assigned patients, supporting positive outcomes, and contributing to a collaborative and efficient unit environment.The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring comfort, education, and satisfaction throughout the patient experience. This position also includes supervising support staff, mentoring team members, and participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives.Schedule:Night Shift | 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Saturday-Monday)No on-call requiredKey Responsibilities:Perform patient assessments and reassessments, making sound clinical decisionsDevelop, implement, and adjust individualized care plansMonitor and document patient responses to treatmentEducate patients and families on care and discharge planningDelegate tasks and support team collaboration and developmentParticipate in quality, safety, and process improvement effortsRequirements:Active RN license (KY) at time of submissionBLS and ACLS certifications requiredMinimum of 2 years of RN experiencePrior overnight experience requiredExperience in general, spine, vascular, or ENT care preferred
