Our hearing healthcare practice is seeking a highly motivated, compassionate sales superstar to join our team and to drive more referrals from area physicians.Welcome to Timeless Hearing, LLC, an outstanding place to work and the region’s premier hearing healthcare practice, serving 16 counties in south-central New York and 4 more in northern Pennsylvania.Together, we appreciate that the most important aspect of our patients’ lives is the connection to their family and maybe feeling a little more like themselves through better hearing.Overview:Practice Development Representative:The Practice Development Representative is a Full-Time position that will drive and build our patient base by promoting the services of the practice to all potential referring entities within the markets that we serve to increase the number of patients entering our practice.Referring entities can include, but are not limited to, primary care physicians, otolaryngologists (ENTs), large area employers, unions, senior housing, assisted living centers, and nursing homes.Our well-established and growing practice currently has locations in Cortland, Vestal, Ithaca, Elmira, and Skaneateles, NY.Our team of professionals has a long history of providing superior patient care in a friendly, upbeat office.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Support provider and administrative staff functions in all three locations (travel required)Provide outstanding customer service, contributing to patient experienceBuild and nurture relationships with physician officesOrganize teleconferences, lunch & learns, dinner meetingsAttending product training eventsKeeping records of sales and customersIdentify potential new businessMaintaining detailed recordsManaging budgetsMeeting sales targetsProviding an after-sales serviceResearch competitorsReviewing sales performanceRequirements:2-3 years proven sales experienceMotivated by success and financial rewardAccountable to numbers in their previous jobsStrong oral and writing skillsStrong organizational skillsProficient in Excel and WordThe successful candidate will also possess:A strong work ethicStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and handle a high volume of patientsWork as a team player and be reliableHave superior customer service skillsAttractive compensation and benefits package is offered.
