Technical Program Manager

Overview In this Technical Program Manager role, you will lead a portfolio of early-stage R&D projects combining software, AI/ML, and hardware within the Emerging Business and Innovation Group. You’ll build and manage plans, schedules, and budgets, aligning with strategic goals and stakeholders. You’ll coordinate with technical leads, partners, and external collaborators to keep programs on track and drive continuous process improvements. You’ll translate technical work into actionable plans and support operational tasks while managing risk and cross-team dependencies. This is an influential, cross-functional role at a global semiconductor leader solving complex, multi-disciplinary challenges.
