ApplyDescriptionPosition Description:The Software Engineer shall be responsible for providing engineering support for mission applications in a SaaS/PaaS Linux environment deployed on an ‘on-prem’ cloud offering developed with open source software using Kubernetes, Docker, Istio, Rook and other cutting edge technologies.Position Required SkillsProficient using the Linux CLIExperience developing and maintaining Bash scriptsSoftware development experience using Python in a Linux environmentExperience with CI/CD concepts, principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CIExperience with containerization technologies such as DockerExperience with container orchestration technologies such as KubernetesPosition Desired SkillsExperience with S3 Object Store technologies such as IBM Cloud Object Store, AWS S3Experience with Git Version Control SystemExperience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and Confluence
