Residential Support Staff (Culinary Focus)

What You'll Do * Plan and prepare daily meals for residents, ensuring quality, nutrition, andcompliance with specific dietary needsOrder groceries and household supplies, manage inventory, and maintainorganized storage areasAssist with general household duties, including cleaning and organizationMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen and shared living spacesCreate weekly menus that meet dietary restrictions and preferencesInteract with residents in a supportive and respectful mannerMonitor medication regimens (as applicable)Document required information and services accurately and on timeCollaborate with team members, supervisors, families, and community partnersFollow all program policies, licensing standards, and incident reportingprocedures What We're Looking For 1 year of human services experience (or equivalent combination)High school diploma/equivalent requiredExperience in cooking, meal preparation, meal planning, or food service (homeor professional setting) - strongly preferredStrong organization and time management skillsClearances: Criminal Clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal criminalhistory; Valid Driver's License.
