Education & Experience Required:- PMP Certification required- Degree required- 5-7 years of PM (Project management experience) in handling projects of this organizational complexity and length of project ( 18-24+ months) Technical Skills(Required)- PMP certification is required- MS Project planning or other planning tool(s)- Office 365 suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMs, Office (Desired)- Experience with development methodologies (ie. AGILE, waterfall)Soft Skills(Required)- Heavy attention to detail- Organizational focused- Leading facilitation of diverse group (workshop)- Communication skills and adaptability of communication levels ( working with Business partners and IT colleagues.)
