Overview Job title: CNA Location: Albuquerque, NM 87109 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Hours: 36 Hours/Week Weekly Pay: $1,040 GROSS Responsibilities Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained. Support the implementation of care plans by observing patient conditions and reporting any changes to the nursing team. Help with the organisation and preparation of medical equipment and supplies required for patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and care provided, adhering to organisational protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding of care procedures and patient needs. Follow infection control procedures diligently to uphold a safe environment for patients and staff. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records using IT systems. Skills Prior experience or knowledge in nursing or healthcare is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members. Basic IT literacy for maintaining electronic health records and documentation accurately. Compassionate approach with a genuine desire to support patient wellbeing. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating adaptability and professionalism.
