Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale public and commercial construction projects. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, with a strong emphasis on projects exceeding $10M in scope. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach to project execution, financial management, and team leadership, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeoutOversee projects with contract values exceeding $10M, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfactionDevelop and manage detailed project budgets, forecasts, and financial reportingMaintain full ownership of project financials including cost control, change orders, and risk managementCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teamsEnsure compliance with all public sector regulations, safety standards, and contractual requirementsUtilize Procore for project management, documentation, scheduling, and communicationConduct regular project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to avoid delays or cost overrunsMentor and support junior project management staffQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)8+ years of experience in construction project managementProven experience managing public and commercial construction projectsDemonstrated success managing projects with budgets exceeding $10MStrong proficiency with Procore (required)Hands-on experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, and forecastingStrong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methodsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsExperience with municipal, state, or federally funded projectsKnowledge of scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)Opportunity to lead high-impact, large-scale projectsCollaborative and growth-oriented work environment
