Technical Program Manager – Data Center Hardware

Role: Technical Program Manager – Data Center Hardware Location: San Francisco, CA (60% Onsite) Term: Full TimeAbout the Role We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented TPM to support our Rack & Power Space team. You'll help manage and streamline coordination across engineering, infrastructure planning, and suppliers — driving hardware programs through the NPI lifecycle with minimal hand-holding.ResponsibilitiesDrive materials and dependencies between suppliers/ODMs to ensure on-time delivery through EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP phasesSupport TPMs across multiple NPI programs; track action items and follow up to keep programs on scheduleOwn and update Source of Truth (SOT) schedules from vendors to the core team at weekly meetingsFormat and maintain program documentationConsolidate engineering feedback for recurring management updatesHandle the day-to-day "busy work" that keeps programs on trackKeep project documentation and timelines accurate and currentRequirements10+ years in technical program management, with a focus on system-level hardware development (power/thermal experience a plus)Proven track record managing hardware programs from concept through productionStrong understanding of hardware design, bring-up, validation, and manufacturingExperience with material planning, supply chain coordination, and production ramp-upExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsComfortable managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environmentGo-getter attitude — high energy, self-starter, willing to do hands-on/less glamorous work
