Activities Counselor (2026)

Job OpportunityAll applicants must possess a genuine interest in working with children and pre-teens ages 3-12. Must be willing to commit the required energy, enthusiasm, and cooperation in all aspects of the training and hands-on portions of the program. This is a great opportunity for a local individual as our housing is full for the 2026 season. ResponsibilitiesComfortable with giving instructions for daily events and maintaining head count of all participants in your selected group. Must maintain a safe environment at all times on and off property. A positive and cooperative attitude and pleasant disposition are critical to this position. Counselors are required to supervise and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, following outlined protocols for daily activities and field trips. QualificationsPrior experience working with children Excellent people skills and outgoing personality Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays Must have a positive attitude and truly enjoy working with children Successful applicant will pass pre-employment background check
