Event Venue Manager/Administrative Assistant

Company Description57 Windward Venice is a premier oceanfront event venue located on the Westside of Los Angeles. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for events and hospitality to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences in an amazing space. Role description and responsibilitiesThis is a full-time, on-site role in Venice beach, CA. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the venue, coordinating with clients, vendors and staff to ensure smooth and successful events. Venue Manager will work with clients and provide excellent customer service, manage venue bookings, update pipeline, answer inquiries and assist with administrative tasks. Additional duties may include overseeing budgets, and financial tracking related to events. QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Venue Management and Event Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of events highly desiredStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to think on one's feet and problem solve in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in administrative tools and softwareFamiliarity with the event planning industry in Los Angeles is a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
