PCB Layout/Electrical Design Engineer- (26-10417)

Duration: 12 months contract    Job Description:We are seeking a Design Engineer to design and develop electrical components, modules, and subsystems that support complex system-level products.This role involves end-to-end ownership of the design lifecycles, from requirements definition through system integration, testing, and manufacturing handoff.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical system design, circuit analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, along with exposure to FPGA and PLC programming.  Responsibilities:Design and develop electrical parts, modules, and subsystems for complex systemsOwn the complete product design lifecycle, including:Requirements definition and specificationFeasibility studies, cost estimation, and schedulingConceptual and detailed designPerform engineering analyses such as:Circuit and timing analysisThermal and cooling analysisElectrical load calculationsFPGA modeling (as applicable)Utilize design tools such as:OrCAD, PSpiceFPGA development tools (Xilinx / Altera / EPLD systems)Create detailed schematics, drawings, and design review presentationsSupport prototype development, including part procurement and validationLead system integration and prototype testing Experience:6-10 years of relevant experience in electrical design and developmentStrong experience in:Electrical and electronic system designCircuit design and analysisHardware development lifecycleHands-on experience with: OrCAD, PSpice or similar toolsExperience with FPGA development (Xilinx / Altera)  Skills:PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.)Electrical/electronic system designOrCAD/PSpice  Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or equivalent experience related field About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
