Therapy Office Secretary

About the Job@Home Therapy is seeking a full-time Secretary to support our in-home PT, OT, and SLP services. This in-office role is key to coordinating care for patients receiving therapy in their homes-from referral through ongoing treatment.Role Overview:You will manage patient intake, coordinate therapist scheduling, and serve as the central point of communication between patients, clinicians, and the team - ensuring timely, high-quality in-home care.Key Responsibilities:Process new patient referrals, onboarding, and insurance verification.Schedule and assign therapists based on location and availability.Track active patients, visits, and documentation in the EMR.Communicate with therapists and patients for scheduling and follow-ups.Handle inbound calls and patient inquiries.Maintain accurate, organized patient records.Qualifications:1+ year in a medical or administrative office.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with computers and data entry (EMR experience a plus).Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.What We Offer:Paid training.Supportive, patient-focused team.Competitive pay, PTO, and bonus opportunities.Apply Today:Join a team delivering high-quality therapy directly in patients' homes.About the Company
