Residential Construction Project Manager - OHIO

We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, integrity, and consistent communication from blueprint to final walkthrough. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple builds, manage subcontractors, and ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and oversee residential or barndominium projects from start to finish.Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, permits, and inspections.Manage budgets, timelines, and change orders effectively.Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance on job sites.Communicate clearly with clients, trades, and internal teams.Track progress, budgets, and reporting through Buildertrend (or similar software).Lead job site meetings, resolve conflicts, and maintain high morale among crews.Ensure all builds meet Elite Turnkey Builders’ quality standards and client expectations.QualificationsProven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Superintendent.Experience managing residential or barndominium builds required.Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and permit processes.Familiarity with Buildertrend, Procore, or similar software.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of local building codes and inspection procedures.GC license or experience working under a licensed GC preferred.Must demonstrate commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience and performance.Opportunity for growth within a respected and expanding company.Supportive, family-oriented team culture.Company resources, clear communication channels, and a collaborative environment.How to ApplySend your resume and a brief note about your experience to HR@eliteturnkeybuilders.comBe ready to discuss your recent projects, leadership style, and how you keep jobs running smoothly and safely.
