New Generation Improvements is Hiring a Construction Tradesman!Location: Los Angeles, CASchedule: Full-TimePay Rate: $24-$27/hourEmployment Type: Full-TimeOverviewNew Generation Improvements is seeking a skilled Construction Tradesman to support residential remodeling projects throughout the Los Angeles area. This role focuses on kitchen, bathroom, and home renovation work and is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in remodeling, handyman services, and residential construction trades.The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a variety of tools and materials in active construction environments.Responsibilities Perform residential renovation work involving kitchens, bathrooms, and garage conversions Assist with rough electrical, plumbing, and framing installations Install finish materials including tile, countertops, flooring, drywall, and paint Maintain clean and safe job sites daily Load, unload, and transport tools and construction materials Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Follow all safety procedures and report incidents or job-site concerns to management Assist other trades and team members as needed throughout projectsRequirementsMust Have Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one prior to employment 5+ years of residential construction, remodeling, or handyman experience Experience with light electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and finish carpentry Ability to lift and carry construction materials and tools Comfortable working in active residential construction environments Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Nice to Have Experience with kitchen and bathroom remodels Knowledge of framing and tile installation Ability to independently complete residential repair tasks Experience reading basic construction layouts or measurementsBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Training & Development Opportunities Consistent Project Pipeline Opportunity for Long-Term Growth
