Execute & manage programmatic campaigns that are placed across premium demand-side platforms to deliver on our dedication to best-in-class solutions that provide client-obsessed results. This role serves as a hands-on programmatic expert, ensuring that monthly campaigns are set up & optimized with excellence. You are naturally detail-oriented, nimble, curious, collaborative, autonomous, a clear communicator, and love data.In short, under the leadership of the Programmatic Manager and within the context of the programmatic team, manage campaigns that delight clients, run more efficiently, solve challenges, and create magical experiences.Campaign ExecutionManage budgets for assigned programmatic accountsBuild and launch monthly campaigns on demand-side platforms with consistency and a high degree of technical accuracyExecute innovative campaign strategies at scale across clientsData & OptimizationDeliver clear business outcome and campaign efficiency performance insightsTranslate programmatic campaign and campaign results in digestible, informative, and irresistible ways for account management and clientsUse reporting and data to supercharge and inform meaningful full-funnel outcome optimizationsContinuously test audiences, creative, and bidding strategies to improve performanceProactively self-educate on new programmatic opportunities (targeting, features, trends, etc.) to develop career growth and identify untapped potential for current campaigns.Collaboration & Team SupportWork collaboratively with the programmatic team to update products/campaigns, launch new products/campaigns, and deliver on team initiativesPartner with sales teams to champion the power of programmatic advertising through trustworthy and informative support ticket responsesCommunicate kindly and refreshingly internally and externallyQualificationsHigh degree of technical accuracy in a fast-paced and high-touch environment across multiple platforms and technology tools.Comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and turning analysis into actionEnjoys working hard; is action-oriented and full of energy for the things they see as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes more opportunities than others.Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; can see hidden problems; is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answerWorks effectively across teams and communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.Basic to intermediate understanding of programmatic; exposure to additional is a plusBasic to intermediate understanding of digital advertising metrics and campaign KPIsComfortable with analytics, spreadsheets, and dataAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong writing skills; able to clearly summarize campaign performance and recommendations for diverse audiencesExperience & Education: 2-year technical degree — 4-year degree+Preferred Experience: agency experienceWhat We Offer15 days of PTO9 Paid Holidays1 day off for your birthday401k planCommunity Work EnvironmentHybrid work opportunitiesFree snacks and drinksGreat Health Insurance plan - Dental / Vision/ Life Insurance / Accident InsuranceSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilitiesWorking ConditionsProgrammatic Advertising Specialists are seated for 6-8 hours per day, performing constant motions such as typing and using other computer equipment.
