Machine Operator

*Title: Machine Operator * *Location: Florence Kentucky 41042* *Type: 12 months of contract with extension* *Max Pay: $20 - $22.50/hr on W2 without benefits* *Shift: M-Th 3:00pm to 1:30am * *Responsibilities * · The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues. · Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures. · Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products. · Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies. · Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement. *Minimum Qualifications & Experience:* · High School Diploma or Equivalent. · 0-2 years experience in a manufacturing setting. · Ability to communicate with management and peers in a clear and professional manner. · Efficient in basic computer skills: accessing and sending emails, completing online certifications and tests, etc. · This role follows a full time schedule and requires regular in‑person work at our Florence, KY office. Candidates must live within commuting distance. Must have the legal right to work and reside in the United States without visa sponsorship.
