Alabama Licensed Loss Mitigation Liaison

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I, responsible for managing the loss mitigation process for mortgage loan borrowers. Key Responsibilities Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for delinquent mortgage loan borrowers, facilitating loss mitigation options and foreclosure processes Document borrower interactions and provide information regarding loss mitigation approvals, declines, and appeals Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain internal control standards throughout the process Required Qualifications A combined 4 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience, including 1 year in collections or customer service Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone Excellent customer service skills Mortgage collections experience is preferred
