We’re seeking a Senior Technical Architect for a full-time, remote position in the US. This is a true engineering role, not a solutions architect position. You’ll be deeply involved in designing and developing back-end SaaS applications, focusing on object-oriented programming (OOP), distributed systems, and data modeling. You'll be able to take charge of the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring that every product feature is meticulously designed and delivered to meet stringent business requirements.Responsibilities:Engineer high-throughput, low-latency software for critical business processes.Design, develop, test, and maintain essential components of the Continuous Platform.Lead end-to-end development of new features and functionalities.Actively debug and resolve complex production issues.Engage in detailed design and code reviews to maintain high standards.Collaborate with customer-facing teams to address issues and brainstorm new ideas.Qualifications:15+ years of experience in product architecture and engineering, particularly in back-end development.Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.Extensive experience with distributed systems and high-throughput data pipelines.Mastery of Kotlin or Java.Deep understanding of Kafka and Spring Boot.Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, design, and debugging abilities.Quick to learn and apply new technologies.Solid experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure.Strong communication and leadership skills.Experience with common DevOps tools is a plus.We’re looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real impact.
