Job Title: Safety Ambassador Pay Range: $ 20 per hour (Weekly Pay & Pay Advance Before Pay Day!) What You'll Be Doing: Patrol the assigned zone on foot and/or bike as a deterrent and be on the lookout for unwanted behavior and activity.Provide information, assistance and directions to pedestrians and visitors. Must maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.Be watchful for unwanted behaviors or criminal activity and report to local authorities via established communication methods. Must be able to articulate an accurate description of persons, vehicles, and other identifiers.Firmly and courteously request compliance to persons violating low level quality of life crimes, such as panhandling, loitering, disruptive behavior, etc.Actively acknowledge and engage pedestrians with a friendly greeting/smile in order to provide directions and city information.Responsible for making a specified number of visits to zone businesses to share information and gather contact information.Must be able to complete basic daily reports of tasks completed which requires being proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language.
