Hybrid Administrative Assistant — Event Support

Our Greater Boston area retail client is looking for a Jr. Administrative Assistant with 2+ years' experience for a role that's onsite 3 days a week and remote the other two days.Day in the life:Provides administrative support for one internal managerResponds to questions and requests and researches informationInterfaces with a variety of internal and external individualsInvolves appropriate associates from other departments as needed when planning an eventProvides secretarial and administrative support for departmentMonitors department email box and responds to inquires quicklyOrganizes and distributes internal recognition packetsPrepares various routine and complex reports filling in the appropriate information needed for eventsOversees and monitors administrative projects and initiativesFully hands on during events to ensure successful execution while problem solving issues as they arisePerforms other duties as required or directedRequirements:2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting, is requiredMust possess strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast paced environmentMust have excellent phone manner, solid written and verbal communication skills and be customer service orientedStrong Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint#J-18808-Ljbffr
