This role supports the design, integration, deployment, sustainment, and modernization of complex IT systems and services in a mission-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical and engineering support for the architecture, design, development, implementation, integration, deployment, and sustainment of systemsSupport systems engineering activities including system integration, performance analysis, requirements engineering and management, testing, and evaluationPerform analysis, design, deployment, and lifecycle support for innovative IT systems, applications, and servicesEnsure all aspects of project systems are properly evaluated and integrated to meet end‑user and mission needsAnalyze disconnected and legacy systems to identify duplicative capabilities, gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for streamlining or enterprise scalingIdentify issues impacting end-to-end system performance and support system testing and modeling effortsAssist in the development and implementation of strategic technical solutionsSupport risk analysis efforts, including determining risk probability and impact, and contributing to risk monitoring and mitigation strategiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant technical fieldMinimum of 8 years of relevant systems engineering experienceDemonstrated experience supporting complex IT environments and system lifecyclesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience working with large-scale or enterprise IT systemsFamiliarity with systems integration, performance analysis, and modernization initiativesExperience supporting government or mission-driven environments
