Product ManagerManages and coordinates product development projects. Drive the product roadmap and influence stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and procedures and accessibility guidelines while creating digital products. Drive the product discovery process by collaborating with the Business, User Experience, and Engineering teams. Identify opportunities and gaps that span all parts of the member shopping experience including assortment, pricing, marketing, site experience, and fulfillment. Prioritize product backlog and communicate high level and detailed product specifications through well written product requirement documents (PRD) including business rules, user-flows, use cases, and user experience generated deliverables. Guide market assessment and opportunity definition and provide quantitative analysis and feedback on all product solutions. Create a measurement plan of initiatives using data visualization tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture. Create and evaluate UX/UI flows in partnership with design and user research teams using tools such as Zeplin and Figma. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering (frontend and backend), data scientists, business, compliance, marketing, legal etc.) Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success of products/features introduced.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of relevant experience preferably in an agile development environment or 4 years hands-on software development experience2 years experience in product management with proven track record of delivering top notch products that delight users.Domain knowledge in e-commerce, retail, online advertising and/or analytics.Strong execution skills and ability to drive throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch.Ability to develop and implement a business strategy and make dynamic adjustments as landscapes shift.Strong technical knowledge and an ability to influence engineering decisions.Strong presentation and written/oral communication skills.Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data.
