Machine Shop Supervisor - CNC/Machinists

Position Summary JOB DESCRIPTION We’re looking for a hands‑on Machine Shop Supervisor to lead and develop a team in a fast‑paced, high‑mix manufacturing environment. This leader will drive daily production performance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
