We’re a Memphis-based 501(c)(3) social enterprise selling ethically sourced, artisan-made goods from 67 maker partners around the world. Every purchase supports economic, social, and spiritual transformation for artisans in under-resourced communities worldwide.You bring the data, the topic thesis, and brand messaging across channels; our Sr. Creative Strategist brings visual creative direction. AI is your operating surface, not a side project: you orchestrate tools, agents, and contributors to compound output rather than scale headcount. You’ll be measured on two numbers, read together: revenue growth and ad cost as a percent of revenue. Both must move the right direction at the same time.This isn’t a role for someone who needs an agency to think for them. We have a CRO tailwind from in-flight testing and a board mandate to grow. Your first 30 days are diagnosis, not activity: evaluate every channel against the data, then propose the sequencing of the highest-impact levers and then execute the proposed plan. You’ll report to the Managing Director as a senior peer to our Sr. Creative Strategist, with a defined path to Director of Revenue for the right hire.What You’ll OwnPaid acquisition strategy, execution, and creative briefs (Meta, Google, and emerging channels).Answer Engine Optimization: visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. Blog, podcast, LinkedIn, Reddit, and high-authority guest placements.Content engine: own brand messaging and copy across paid, AEO, email, influencer, and affiliate. You write the words (with AI orchestration); our Sr. Creative Strategist owns visuals.Email revenue through Klaviyo: flow expansion, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.Influencer and affiliate strategy: turning external voices into a discovery engine.Website conversion: you diagnose what’s costing us conversion and write the spec; our vendor or your own hands execute.AI tooling and automations that compound: reducing cost per campaign, per piece of content, per experiment.What We’re Looking ForDemonstrated ownership of a growth or performance marketing function, comfortable being measured on efficiency ratios.Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including their AI/automation features (Advantage+, Performance Max).Already using modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and equivalents) as part of your current work, with a track record of building workflows or automations that replaced or compounded prior agency/contractor effort.Klaviyo, Shopify, and analytics fluency (GA4 or equivalent) sufficient to execute without waiting for a contractor.Strong CRO instincts, editorial judgment to run a content engine at volume, and the self-direction to move fast and hold yourself to metrics.Bonus: Paid media brought in-house from an agency, AEO/SEO program-building, comfortable making site changes with agentic coding tools (Claude Code or equivalent), B2B and B2C exposure.Compensation$85K-$115K base depending on experience, plus annual performance bonus of 10-15% of base tied to revenue and ad-efficiency targets (10% at target, up to 15% for exceptional performance).
