Job Title: Technical Sales & Service Representative Location: Stuart, FL Job Type: Direct Hire Salary: $50,000–$60,000 Base + Commission Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales & Service Representative to join a growing technology company specializing in 3D Printing solutions. This role combines technical sales, customer support, product demonstrations, and business development. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, solving technical problems, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships. Promote and sell 3D printers, materials, and related products. Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers. Install, configure, and train customers on equipment operation. Respond to customer inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events. Travel to customer sites as needed. Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications 2–5+ years of technical sales, field service, or application engineering experience. Experience with industrial equipment, manufacturing, automation, robotics, CNC machinery, engineering products, or 3D printing is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts. Preferred Qualifications Experience with additive manufacturing or 3D printing technology. Background in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field. CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD is a plus.
