Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fullerton, CA, for a General Aviation Mechanic (A&P/IA). The role involves conducting inspections, repairs, and maintenance on various general aviation aircraft to ensure their airworthiness and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The mechanic will also troubleshoot aircraft issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, document work accurately, and collaborate with the team to ensure the highest level of service and safety. Qualifications Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance and familiarity with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulationsKnowledge of Aircraft Structures, PowerPlant systems, and Aircraft SystemsExperience handling inspections, diagnosing issues, and performing routine repairs on general aviation aircraftPossession of a valid Airframe & PowerPlant (A&P) certificate; Inspection Authorization (IA) certification is strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow meticulous documentation and safety protocolsProficiency in using aircraft maintenance tools and diagnostic equipmentExcellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively within a teamPrevious experience in general aviation and a passion for ensuring aircraft safety is a plus
