Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews event function needs to ensure appropriate services and products are available
Sets up event space in accordance with specifications
Breaks down and stores furniture, linens, and equipment after events
Responds to feedback from guests and team members regarding space presentation and adjustments needed
Assists in resolving any issues related to event services
Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members
Assists in ordering, receiving, storing and inventory of all set up related products
Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department
Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
