The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and experience supporting day-to-day financial operations. Familiarity with e-commerce accounting—particularly Amazon platforms—is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and record accurate journal entriesManage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processesPerform account reconciliations, including bank and general ledger accountsReconcile inventory and purchase orders (POs)Assist with month-end and year-end closing processesMaintain accurate financial records and documentationSupport audits and ensure compliance with internal controlsQualifications:Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practicesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)Experience with e-commerce accounting (Amazon experience is a plus)Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems such as Fishbowl or Odoo preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareAbility to meet deadlines and work independentlyPreferred Skills:Experience handling inventory accountingKnowledge of purchase order workflows and reconciliationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBenefits:Employee discountHealth insurancePaid time offWork Location: In person
