The Manufacturing Engineer 1 will troubleshoot basic issues and assist with implementing solutions to ensure workplace safety, to increase efficiency and to improve the quality of our products.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Troubleshoot basic problems in the area of responsibility and identify possible solutions.Assist in manufacturing safety, productivity and quality improvements on the assembly floor, machine shop, and/or sheet metal shop.Design, build and implement tools for new or existing products under direct supervision.Create and deploy work instructions under direct supervision.Communicate effectively with all personnel.
