The ideal candidate knows how to build and engage an active community while driving measurable results. We're seeking someone with proven experience working with high-visibility brands, cultivating passionate online communities, and translating insights into action.Location and Working HoursOpen to San Francisco Bay Area based candidatesHybrid - 2 days in office, 3 days remoteWorking hours are 10am - 6pm PT, with some weekend availability and travel requiredResponsibilitiesLead social media strategy across all platforms to drive traffic and conversions to our website through engaging content and storytellingDevelop and execute comprehensive social content strategy that aligns with marketing initiatives while maintaining consistent brand presence across platformsCreate detailed content calendars (short and long term); partner with Creative team to produce and optimize platform-specific assets that resonate with target audiencesMonitor and analyze social media metrics, customer behavior trends, and campaign performance to optimize strategy and ROIManage community engagement by monitoring customer sentiment and overseeing responses to comments, DMs, and public forums.Proactively identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities, including new platforms, features, and moments to maximize brand visibility and engagementOversee product seeding initiatives by identifying and managing relationships with key influencers and brand partnersOversee curation and integration of user-generated content across marketing materials such as website, email, and product pagesRequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion e-commerceDemonstrated success managing social media presence for a high-visibility brand with 500K+ engaged followers across platforms and engaging with online communitiesStrong analytical skills; expert in tracking and reporting on performance, and translating data into strategic directionProven track record of growing social media engagement and driving conversions through organic and paid social initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt concepts across different platformsExperience developing creative briefs and providing strategic direction to creative teamsProficiency in social media management tools and analytics platformsDemonstrated knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and platform-specific content strategiesExperience in influencer relationship management and product seeding campaignsStrong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneouslyNice to HavesTrack record of working on long lead timelines and is familiar with fashion/DTC release scheduleUnderstanding of e-commerce customer journey and conversion optimizationExperience working with external brand partnersBenefitsTime Off: 16 days PTO + 11 company holidaysWFH StipendHealth Insurance (with optional Dental and Vision)Optional: FSA/HSA and commuter benefits401k: Eligible after 1 yearOther Perks: Virtual Yoga Classes and BAGGU employee discountPay Transparency$100,000 Base salaryExempt (not eligible for overtime)
