As a Lockheed Martin employee, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in an environment that values integrity and excellence.THE WORKThe selected candidate will work as a Conformal Coating Operator handling complex applications, some of the main everyday tasks are:Cover components (connectors, switches) that must stay free of coating.Application – Apply coating using spray guns, brushes, or dipping processes.Quality Control – Verify uniform coverage, often with UV light.Curing & Rework – Run curing ovens and repair any coating defects.Conformal Coating– Manually spray or dip PCBs and operate automated, computer controlled coating equipment (e.g., PVA machines).Who We AreWe are a world class manufacturing center.
