This role ensures that vendor contracts, software licenses, and service agreements are accurately tracked, renewed on time, and aligned with project and budget requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive with deadlines, and comfortable working across IT, finance, procurement, and vendor teams. An eye towards financial tracking is helpful.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack, organize, and maintain records of all IT-related purchase orders, contracts, and renewalsMonitor expiration dates for software licenses, subscriptions, and vendor agreements to ensure timely renewalsCoordinate with vendors, procurement, and finance teams to process PO renewals and new requestsSupport IT project managers by aligning purchase orders with project timelines and deliverablesEnsure compliance with internal procurement policies and budget guidelinesMaintain accurate documentation and reporting of PO status, spending, and renewal schedulesIdentify risks related to lapsing contracts or delayed renewals and proactively escalate issuesAssist in vendor communication, including pricing updates, quotes, and contract termsGenerate regular reports on PO usage, renewal forecasts, and budget trackingSupport audits by ensuring proper documentation and traceability of purchasesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in project coordinationExperience managing purchase orders, contracts, or vendor relationshipsStrong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detailProficiency in tools such as Excel, project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana), and procurement systemsStrong communication skills for cross-functional collaborationPreferred QualificationsMS Dynamics experience is strongly preferredExperience in IT procurement or asset managementFamiliarity with software licensing models (SaaS, subscriptions, enterprise agreements)Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking processesExperience working in fast-paced or enterprise IT environmentsKey SkillsPurchase Order & Contract ManagementVendor CoordinationDeadline Tracking & Renewal ManagementBudget AwarenessDocumentation & ReportingRisk Identification & EscalationWorking ConditionsONSITE 5 days per week
