Role Description This is a full-time on-site Junior Accountant role based in Lisle, IL. The Junior Accountant will assist in daily accounting activities, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, maintaining financial records, and preparing financial reports. Additional responsibilities include supporting month-end closing procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in payroll processing. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of accounting operations. Qualifications Proficiency in General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts ReceivableFamiliarity with Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliation, and Month-End Closing processesExperience with Accounting Software and strong Data Entry skillsAttention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving abilitiesEffective Written and Verbal Communication and Teamwork skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldKnowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is highly desirable
