Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ Titrate high-alert vasoactive drips and manage invasive monitoring like arterial and central lines.+ Manage complex mechanical ventilation, including troubleshooting, ABG analysis, and weaning protocols.+ Operate life-sustaining equipment such as CRRT, Impella, and IABP for multi-organ failure.+ Lead Rapid Response and Code Blue interventions using expert-level ACLS/BLS protocols.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
