GRAVE SHIFT OFFICER NEEDED
NOW HIRING: SECURITY PATROL DRIVER
*Professional and Experienced Unarmed Security Officer Needed*
Immediate opening available for a reliable, professional, and experienced Security Patrol Driver to conduct vehicle patrols, monitor client properties, enforce parking regulations, and maintain a safe and secure environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct routine vehicle patrols throughout assigned client properties to monitor security, safety, and suspicious activity.
- Perform security checks of buildings, parking areas, roadways, and other designated areas of the property.
- Conduct walking patrols in designated areas as needed.
- Monitor and enforce parking permit regulations, identify unauthorized vehicles, and document parking violations in accordance with site procedures.
- Record patrol activities, observations, and security checks in a Daily Activity Report (DAR) using a mobile device.
- Prepare detailed and accurate Incident Reports for security-related incidents, suspicious activity, parking violations, and other concerns as required.
- Remain alert and vigilant throughout the entire shift.
- Provide professional customer service and communicate courteously with residents, visitors, tenants, and property management.
- Operate a company or assigned patrol vehicle safely and responsibly while following all traffic laws and site procedures.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS: *GRAVE SHIFT ONLY — OVERNIGHT (10pm to 6am) *
*Monday Through Friday (weekends as needed)*

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a *clean driving record* and a valid California driver's license.
- Must be comfortable operating a vehicle for extended periods while conducting routine property patrols.
- Must be willing and able to perform walking patrols when required.
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people.
- Must possess good moral character, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Must maintain good personal hygiene and present a professional appearance while in uniform.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to accurately document patrol activities, parking violations, and incidents.
- Must be comfortable using a mobile device to complete reports.
- Must be willing to submit to criminal background checks and drug screening.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned worksite.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and available to start ASAP.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
LICENSE & DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid California ID or driver's license; must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Social Security card.
- Valid California Guard Card.
