A task-oriented, people-forward, accountability-driven leader with:
3–5+ years of oral surgery office management or supervisory experience (required)
The ability to strengthen culture, improve communication, and elevate team performance

What You’ll Lead
Operational Leadership
Oversee day-to-day office flow, schedule execution, and high-level patient care
Maintain consistent patient flow and efficient operations
Monitor and enforce practice policies, protocols, compliance standards, OSHA/HIPAA requirements
Ensure all processes run smoothly across administrative and clinical support teams
Identify issues early and implement effective solutions
People & Team Management
Lead, coach, train, and develop team members
Support onboarding, continued training, and staff performance reviews
Set clear expectations, encourage accountability, and maintain professionalism
Foster a supportive environment grounded in teamwork and respect
Address conflict constructively and maintain strong culture stability
Communication & Culture
Serve as a central communication bridge between clinical teams, administrative teams, and leadership
Reinforce cultural values and model the communication behaviors expected from all team members
Promote a positive and engaged workplace that is aligned with practice standards
Collaborate closely with other office managers to maintain consistency across all locations
Financial & Administrative Management
Support the practice’s financial goals through efficient scheduling, collections, and expense awareness
Manage AR/AP processes, daily and monthly reconciliation, and oversight of financial workflows
Review reports (DSN, monthly metrics) and support improvements in efficiency and production
Assist with treatment coordination functions as needed
