A task-oriented, people-forward, accountability-driven leader with: 3–5+ years of oral surgery office management or supervisory experience (required) The ability to strengthen culture, improve communication, and elevate team performance A solutions-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills Leadership strengths in being: ✔ Strong communicator ✔ Solution oriented ✔ Accountability driven ✔ People and task oriented Confidence in maintaining structure, enforcing standards, and supporting ongoing development A calm, positive, “lead by example” presence A collaborative mindset working closely with East & South office managers and leadership What You’ll Lead Operational Leadership Oversee day-to-day office flow, schedule execution, and high-level patient care Maintain consistent patient flow and efficient operations Monitor and enforce practice policies, protocols, compliance standards, OSHA/HIPAA requirements Ensure all processes run smoothly across administrative and clinical support teams Identify issues early and implement effective solutions People & Team Management Lead, coach, train, and develop team members Support onboarding, continued training, and staff performance reviews Set clear expectations, encourage accountability, and maintain professionalism Foster a supportive environment grounded in teamwork and respect Address conflict constructively and maintain strong culture stability Communication & Culture Serve as a central communication bridge between clinical teams, administrative teams, and leadership Reinforce cultural values and model the communication behaviors expected from all team members Promote a positive and engaged workplace that is aligned with practice standards Collaborate closely with other office managers to maintain consistency across all locations Financial & Administrative Management Support the practice’s financial goals through efficient scheduling, collections, and expense awareness Manage AR/AP processes, daily and monthly reconciliation, and oversight of financial workflows Review reports (DSN, monthly metrics) and support improvements in efficiency and production Assist with treatment coordination functions as needed Our Cultural Values Our practice culture is built on: Being of service Creating exceptional patient experiences Clear communication and collaboration High accountability Professionalism, positivity, and integrity Strong teamwork across all locations Leaders here don’t just manage tasks—they elevate people.
