Our practice operates from a brand-new, 3,960 sq ft state-of-the-art facility featuring 9 active operatories with capacity to expand by an additional 5 operatories, creating an exciting environment for growth, clinical excellence, and long-term opportunity.Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional preventive and periodontal care, educating patients on long-term oral health, and contributing to a positive, collaborative office culture.Key Responsibilities:- Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance therapy- Conduct comprehensive periodontal evaluations and charting- Take and review digital X-rays and intraoral images- Apply preventive treatments including fluoride and sealants- Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and risk factors- Collaborate with dentists on treatment planning and case presentation- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and current clinical documentation- Follow OSHA and infection control standards in instrument sterilization and operatory turnover- Support an efficient schedule and a welcoming patient experienceQualifications:- Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene license in good standing- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program (Associate's degree or higher)- Current CPR/BLS certification- Local anesthesia certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)- Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and patient comfort- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset- Experience with digital radiography and modern practice management software preferredWhat We Offer:- Competitive compensation (hourly or daily rate, commensurate with experience)- Production-based bonus potential- Consistent, fully scheduled patient flow- Modern, state-of-the-art office with the latest hygiene technology- Continuing education support and license renewal assistance- Supportive, team-focused culture with low turnover- Long-term growth within a thriving, expanding practiceBenefits:401(k)Flexible scheduleRetirement planWork Location: In personBenefits:Medical, Dental, 401k, BonusesCompensation:$32-$40/hour
