For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager/Program Director to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.This role will guide complex, large-scale transportation engineering initiatives from planning and design through execution and client delivery. The position calls for a seasoned leader who can balance technical oversight, contract management, and cross-functional coordination while keeping scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder expectations aligned. You will also help ensure the work meets relevant public-sector process requirements and supports successful outcomes on major infrastructure programs.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $157,500 – $283,500 annuallyResponsibilities Manage transportation engineering projects exceeding $500 million Prepare project initiation, approval, and design documents Ensure compliance with California Department of Transportation processes Develop and design highway transportation projects Lead project planning, scope development, and scheduling Negotiate contract scope and fees for medium to large projects Coordinate quality control and client relationsQualifications 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or a related field At least 20 years of experience in large-scale transportation projects Documented experience as a consultant Contract Manager and Project Manager for the last 5 years Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred Broad technical and business backgroundBenefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401(k) retirement plan Flexible work schedulesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
